I did not set out to create a methodology. I set out to understand myself.
Like many people, my early life shaped emotional and relational patterns long before I had language for them. I searched for answers through psychology, spirituality, leadership training, and personal growth. Each offered insight, but none fully explained how the nervous system stores meaning-or how early experiences quietly shape our lives.
Over time, Neurological Intelligence® emerged not as a theory, but as a map.
My work is shaped by both professional training and lived experience. I meet people with respect, humility, and care. I also hold people accountable and gently challenge the stories that keep them from living fully.

More than 200 people have been evacuated from an apartment building just west of Orlando after a woman called 911 early Thursday morning when she couldn't open her front door and heard popping sounds.
William Farhat, the division chief with Orange County Fire Rescue, said when crews arrived, they had to pry the woman's door open and found structural instabilities in the building.
A portion of the building was evacuated at that time, Farhat said. Other doors also had to be pried open to free residents.
Crews found cracks inside.
The Rialto apartments are located on W. Sand Lake Road in Dr. Phillips. just west of Interstate 4.
The Orangetheory Fitness, which is part of a string of businesses attached to the apartments, said it had to cancel classes this morning for "building damage" in a story on Instagram.
Building inspectors had to be brought in and determined the entire building needed to be evacuated.
Farhat said they are working with VisitOrlando and The Red Cross to find hotel rooms for displaced residents.
It's unclear if or when residents would be allowed back in. An engineer needs to look at the building, Farhat said.

Residents who live in the apartment building told WESH 2 they were evacuated and not given much information.
One woman said her cat was still in her apartment on the top floor.
Olivia Stephenson said she was told there's structural damage and a few people needed to be rescued from the building.
Stephenson said she was told it could be hours or never as far as when she can go back in.
Another resident said there is a crack in the ceiling.
Crews break down doors
A woman told WESH 2 fire crews used an ax to pry her door open and free her. She lived below the woman who originally called 911.

This year's event is built around both star power and nostalgia. On its official site, MEGACON is promoting appearances from top Hollywood stars, while local coverage has also highlighted guests such as Helen Hunt, "Star Wars" alum John Boyega, "The X-Files" star Gillian Anderson, "Star Trek"'s William Shatner, "Doctor Who"'s Jodie Whittaker, Giancarlo Esposito, Karl Urban and Mr. T.
The biggest crowd magnet may be the "Lord of the Rings" reunion. MEGACON has made "The Hobbits Are Coming to Orlando" one of its headline attractions, with the actors behind the four main Hobbits, Elijah Wood, Sean Astin, Dominic Monaghan, and Billy Boyd, reuniting for a 25th anniversary celebration of the beloved film franchise.
The convention is also selling a separate ticketed event, An Evening with the Hobbits: In Celebration of 25 Years, scheduled for Saturday, March 21, at 7:30 p.m. In other words, expect Middle-earth fever, emotional fans, and probably more than a few capes, cloaks and furry-foot jokes by the weekend.
Beyond the Hobbits, organizers are leaning into premium fan experiences. Official listings show "On Stage with Orlando Bloom" on Saturday at 12:45 p.m. and "John Cena Live" later that same day at 4:30 p.m. Those events add to the convention's usual mix of autograph sessions, photo ops, panel rooms, and show-floor browsing.
Horror fans can expect a panel tied to Universal Orlando's Halloween Horror Nights as the event approaches its 35th anniversary. Another major event tied directly to the convention is the Universal Orlando after-hours experience on Friday, March 20. According to the official MEGACON page, the add-on includes early access and then exclusive after-hours access at both Universal Studios Florida and Universal Islands of Adventure. The listed hours run from 5 p.m. to midnight, with staggered early-entry windows, and the event price is listed at $109, including free parking after 6 p.m. and a $25 Universal Orlando gift card.
For fans who are less focused on celebrity panels and more interested in community experiences, the convention is also being promoted as a weekend of cosplay competitions, gaming, and interactive live programming. Attendees should expect cosplay contests, the Masters of Cosplay Grand Finale, live art battle programming such as Comics Xplosion, and a large gaming area.
There is also a commercial event layer tied to the convention that longtime collectors will care about. The official exclusives page lists convention-only merchandise, including variant comic books and limited-edition Funko Pop figures. Among the items promoted are exclusive covers for "Fantastic Four" #1, "Wolverine" #1, and "Spider-Man & Wolverine" #1, along with exclusive figures tied to properties such as "Buffy the Vampire Slayer," "Supernatural," "Captain America", and "Deadpool & Wolverine." For many attendees, hunting down exclusives is its own event inside the event, especially on opening day.

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – New pictures show cracks around an apartment building in the Dr. Phillips area that was evacuated on Thursday because of a structural issue that the county determined to be dangerous.
The building is The Rialto, along West Sand Lake Road near Turkey Lake Road.

According to Orange County Fire Rescue, they received a call from a resident who said she couldn’t open her front door and heard popping noises that made her think the building was collapsing.
When crews arrived, they found signs of structural instability and had to force the resident’s door open to get them out. That’s when they began evacuating the building.
Over 200 people were evacuated, according to Fire Rescue Division Chief William Farhat.
Gilbert Mercado, Orange County’s deputy chief building inspector, said when they walked the building, they found obvious signs of fresh cracking through the drywall, which got progressively worse as they went up the building’s floors.
Businesses in the building were also evacuated.
Reduced rates for Rialto residents
On Thursday, Rosen Hotels & Resorts activated resident “distress rates” for people displaced by the evacuation at Rialto Apartments, with nightly rates ranging from $79 at Rosen Inn properties to $169 at Rosen Shingle Creek.
The offer requires proof of residency, is subject to availability, excludes taxes, waives pet and resort fees during the distress period, and carries a 24-hour cancellation policy; standard parking charges apply.
Reservations are available at 866-33-ROSEN (76736).
Doubletree Theme Park Resort and Courtyard by Marriott, across from Universal Orlando, are also offering special rates.

“Despite doubling the number of tickets available compared to last year, Ulta Beauty World tickets sold out almost immediately due to demand that far exceeded our expectations – more than 3 million people joined the queue for tickets,” an Ulta representative said in an email to the USA TODAY Network. “We’re truly grateful for the excitement our community continues to show around this event. We know not everyone was able to secure a ticket, but we’re already looking ahead to how we can expand access for next year.”

Before you head into the convention, you will need to pay for parking, which costs $20 at the Orange County Convention Center. You may leave items in your car and return to the convention throughout the day.
You'll find your ticket located in your email. A government-issued ID will be required for access and must match the first and last name on the ticket confirmation.
On its website, it states that the only rolling bag permitted on the expo floor is our Ulta Beauty roller bag, which will be available for sale at registration for $50. All other bags are acceptable, provided they do not have wheels.

Expect weekend showers before a cooldown
ORLANDO, Fla. – After a cold front moved through Thursday, Central Florida is enjoying a cooler and drier end to the workweek. High temperatures Friday stayed in the mid to upper 70s across most of the area with very little rain. Some lingering moisture behind the front has kept skies mostly overcast at times.
Overnight tonight, temperatures will fall into the mid 60s for most locations.
This is the first official weekend of spring break for much of Central Florida. While the weekend will not be a washout, rain chances will stay around 50% Saturday and 70% Sunday. We could see a few showers Saturday morning, but a better chance for scattered showers will arrive later Saturday afternoon.
Temperatures will also trend warmer through the weekend. Highs will reach around 81 degrees Saturday and climb to about 85 degrees Sunday.
If you are heading to the Orlando Pride home opener Sunday afternoon, you may have to dodge a few showers. It will not rain the entire day, but keeping a rain jacket or poncho handy will be a good idea, with rain chances Sunday higher than normal for this time of year.
Beachgoers should also be aware of dangerous surf conditions this weekend. The beach forecast is calling for a high risk of rip currents with surf running around 4 - 5 feet. If you plan to swim, always stay near a lifeguard and pay attention to posted beach flags. Rip currents can quickly pull even strong swimmers away from shore.
A stronger cold front will sweep through Monday afternoon and evening. That will push rain chances up to around 80%. High temperatures Monday will still reach the low 80s ahead of the front.
Behind the front, a much cooler air mass settles into Central Florida. Highs Tuesday and Wednesday will only reach the 60s. Some areas could wake up to temperatures in the 40s both mornings.
After that brief cooldown, temperatures will begin a gradual warming trend again toward the end of the week.
