A Note from Glenn

I did not set out to create a methodology. I set out to understand myself.

Like many people, my early life shaped emotional and relational patterns long before I had language for them. I searched for answers through psychology, spirituality, leadership training, and personal growth. Each offered insight, but none fully explained how the nervous system stores meaning-or how early experiences quietly shape our lives.

Over time, Neurological Intelligence® emerged not as a theory, but as a map.

My work is shaped by both professional training and lived experience. I meet people with respect, humility, and care. I also hold people accountable and gently challenge the stories that keep them from living fully.

I got to a point where I thought that putting in the work to make positive changes in my life would be less painful than doing nothing and continuing on as things had been. Once you have that understanding, you are empowered. It is so critical to get the right counselor when you are dealing with such important work on yourself or your relationships, all of which is life altering. With our first counselor (and being in therapy for the first time in my life) I felt we were being taken advantage of in our vulnerable situation and sessions just dragged out with a huge financial impact, without much to show for it other than regurgitating pain over and over. Any session with Glenn will have work that is going to be raw and bring to light pain that you may want to coast over, which is imperative to uncover honesty and bring conscious awareness. With Glenn it is the opposite of being taken advantage of, he will never turn you away any time you need to talk if he is able, but he also gives you the tools to be able to lean on yourself too. I knew off the bat from my friends’ reference, reading the other testimonials, and then getting Glenn’s very communicative background information along with the homework he assigned for us to complete (answering multiple forms of question on ourselves first thing), that there was a world of a difference and something truly special. Glenn took that paperwork and he would read on his own time to jumpstart the process and cover what would normally take months to come out, so that he could help us progress more quickly. If you are there to show up and be present and willing to do the work, you will expand yourself exponentially. Glenn is also patient with you and understands the emotional process and most importantly shares all the learning and knowledge he can with you so that you understand it on your own. I wish we could clone Glenn, and I know that as painful as the reasons are why we found ourselves seeking Glenn initially, what we have gotten out of it will be with us for life. This coming April 25, 2026 will be the official Anniversary for The "Charm'tastic Mile" (10th) and the Majestic & Iconic "Domino Sugars" neon sign (75th).

The "Charm'tastic Mile" ( 4-25-26), the scenic 1.3 mile stretch of Dwtn-Charm City, will be celebrating its 10th Anniversary (2016-26) of being introduced to the City of Baltimore. On that same-day it will be the 75th Anniversary (1951-2026) of the "Domino Sugars" neon sign introduction to Charm City.

From two of the 3 Iconic "Charm'tastic Mile" street signs (Inner Harbor & Harbor East) you can see the "Domino Sugars" neon sign, at S. Calvert & Pratt Street and at S. President & Fleet Street.

The "Domino Sugars" neon sign went under restoration 5-years ago, now one of Baltimore's most symbolic symbols will soon be turning 75 during the 250th Anniversary (1776-2026) of the Declaration of Independence (July 4th). April 25th will go down as a very historical day in the archives of Baltimore History.

The "Charm'tastic Mile" unveils its new campaign/slogan for Opening Day (3-26-26) and the Orioles 1st 5-games of the season in the month of March. O's fans Welcome to March Yardness In Charm City. Keeping with the Madness-theme, the 47th Anniversary of the Larry Bird vs Magic Johnson NCAA Championship Showdown was played on March 26, 1979. Maryland officials filed a lawsuit last month to stop the Trump administration from converting a warehouse to an ICE detention center.

BALTIMORE, MD — State prosecutors have filed a motion for a preliminary injunction asking a judge to stop the Trump administration from converting a warehouse in Washington County into a mass immigration detention facility.

The warehouse, located near Williamsport, was purchased by the federal government in January. According to the Department of Homeland Security, the Trump administration intends to convert the industrial warehouse into a detention center capable of housing 1,500 people at a time.

A month later, Maryland Attorney General Anthony Brown filed a lawsuit challenging the purchase and accused the federal government of conducting it behind closed doors and without proper environmental review, public participation, or state consultation.

“The Trump administration will stop at nothing to pursue its extreme immigration agenda, including breaking the law," Brown said. “We will not allow this administration to treat laws like suggestions and threaten our people or their communities."

According to the lawsuit, ICE’s purchase of the Williamsport warehouse is part of a broader effort to build mass detention infrastructure across the country by purchasing facilities and converting them into detention centers capable of holding tens of thousands of people.

In recent months, officials in Baltimore and Howard counties have taken steps to bar immigration centers from being built in their communities.

In an emergency session on Feb. 17, the Baltimore County Council banned the establishment of any new immigration detention centers in the county. The unanimous 6-0 vote on Bill 14-26 changed zoning regulations to prohibit the county from granting any permits for a detention center, jail, or any other structure that can be used for "involuntary confinement."

The legislation allows Baltimore county to suspend or revoke any permit tied to a detention center that was either applied for or issued since Jan. 1.

And Howard County leaders on Feb. 5 passed two emergency bills to block the use of privately owned buildings as federal detention centers and limit Immigration and Customs Enforcement access to county facilities and properties. The measures also ban any kind of ICE agreement with any county agency.

The state of Maryland lawsuit claims that DHS and ICE violated the Administrative Procedure Act by not explaining the decision to establish a mass detention center in Washington County, failing to consider reasonable alternatives, and abandoning their own past practice of conducting environmental reviews for similar detention facility projects.

According to the lawsuit, the Williamsport project could have significant impacts on local waterways and the Potomac River watershed, state-protected species, air quality, traffic, and public health and safety.

It also accuses the federal government of depriving Maryland residents of an opportunity to raise concerns about the project.

"Nationwide, ICE detention facilities have faced documented concerns about inhumane conditions, access to medical care, and denial of basic dignity," Brown said in a statement. "Converting a warehouse, designed for commerce, into a detention center raises grave concerns that individuals detained at this new facility would face similar or worse conditions."

Following the lawsuit's filing, the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland issued a temporary restraining order on March 11, immediately pausing any construction or retrofitting of the warehouse.

In its latest filing requesting a preliminary injunction, the state of Maryland is asking the court to bar the DHS and ICE from constructing, retrofitting, or operating the Williamsport warehouse as an immigration detention facility while litigation is ongoing.

Congresswoman April McClain Delaney said on Jan. 27 that ICE's purchase of the warehouse in Washington County's historic Williamsport was "carried out without transparency, community input, or accountability (and) is unacceptable. … Let me be clear: planning a detention facility behind closed doors is not governance - it is intimidation. For DHS to make such egregious plans in the cloak of darkness is yet another example of a lawless agency hellbent on harassing, assaulting, and killing our neighbors."

ICE, which is part of DHS, has purchased at least seven warehouses in several states, including Maryland, according to signed deeds. Other deals have been announced but not yet finalized, though buyers scuttled sales in eight locations.

DHS objected to calling the sites warehouses, stressing in a statement that they would be “very well structured detention facilities meeting our regular detention standards.”

Much of Central Maryland will be one category short of the highest category for severe weather with a 10-15% chance of tornadoes developing.

Nothing is "for sure," but this is a fairly unusual set up for this part of the country. It is uncommon for Maryland to have a tornado risk greater than 5%.

The 10% risk in Baltimore means there is a 10% chance that a tornado will occur within a 25-mile radius of any point in the affected area.

While damaging winds and tornadoes are possible for some areas in the Baltimore metro, it doesn't mean everyone is going to see that kind of weather for sure — but it's best to be prepared.

Severe storm timeline in Maryland

Meteorologist Tony Pann said the severe weather threat will be the highest in the afternoon and evening, but storms are possible from about 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. across the state.
