It’s not what happens to you….

What is Neurological Intelligence®

The ability to understand how your nervous system, emotions, thoughts, and experiences interact moment by moment, and how those interactions shape both your inner and outer world.

I developed Neurological Intelligence® to describe how our neurological networks are formed, how they become programmed through experience, and why they tend to operate through familiar and repetitive patterns. When you understand this inner operating system, you regain choice. Not by trying to control yourself. But by learning how to work with yourself.

This approach helps you recognize patterns that once served a purpose but may now limit growth or create unnecessary suffering. Through awareness and understanding, those patterns can be softened, transformed, and integrated in ways that support greater clarity, balance, and freedom. Neurological Intelligence® integrates neuroscience, emotional awareness, lived experience, and human connection in a way that is practical, grounded, and deeply human.
