Who is Glenn S. Cohen?
Meet the founder of the Center for Neurological Intelligence®.
I am Glenn S. Cohen, founder of the Center for Neurological Intelligence® and a national voice in nervous system based transformation. For more than two decades, I have worked with individuals, couples, and executive leadership teams to understand how the nervous system shapes identity, relationships, performance, and decision making. My work integrates science, clinical depth, and lived experience to create meaningful, lasting change.
Neurological Intelligence® was not built in theory. It grew out of real conversations with individuals seeking clarity, couples wanting deeper connection, and leaders carrying significant responsibility. Again and again, I saw the same pattern. Intelligent protective adaptations that once created safety were now limiting growth, intimacy, and aligned leadership. When those patterns are brought into awareness and reshaped with intention, people begin to live and lead with greater steadiness, clarity, and truth.
I work with people who are open and willing to engage in the process. Transformation is collaborative. It asks for honesty, courage, and a readiness to step outside what feels comfortable. My role is to create a space that is structured, direct, and deeply respectful, where real work can happen and real change can take root.
If you feel ready to understand yourself more deeply and strengthen the way you live, love, and lead, I invite you to begin the conversation.
